They are in very short supply and as well they are difficult to breed. These dragon chickens are usually served in restaurants. The legs of these dragon chickens are covered with reddish scales and they can grow to be as thick as a persons wrist. A male of these Dong Tao chickens can weigh up to 6 kilo grams. The color of these dragon hens is usually white while cocks have feathers in different colors.
